Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order please contact us within 7 days of the order being placed.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order please advise us within 3 days of reciept of your order. We ask that you return the item in its original packaging within 7 days of notifying us and we will be happy to offer an alternate item/s to the value of the returned item or full refund. Unfortunatly return postage costs in this event would be met by the buyer.

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that you recieve a damaged or faulty item we ask that you notify us within 3 days of receipt of the order. We ask that you return the faulty/damaged item complete in its original packaging within 7 days of notifying us. We will be happy to offer you a replacement item or alternate item/s to the value of the original item or a full refund. In this instance the return postage costs would be met by us.
